Terms & Conditions — LiveTest ELW-0030 Diesel Fitter Kit Giveaway

1. Promoter 

The promoter is LiveTest Pty Ltd ABN 34 163 243 641, 115 Young Street Carrington NSW 2294, Australia 

 

2. Eligibility 

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18+. 

  • Employees of LiveTest, its distributors, agencies and their immediate families are ineligible. 

  • By entering, you confirm you meet these conditions and agree to these Terms. 

 

3. Competition Period 

Starts 27 July, 9 AM AEST (NSW) and ends 28 August, 5 PM AEST (NSW). Entries outside this window won’t be considered.

 

4. How to Enter (Mechanics) 

During the Competition Period, entrants must:

  1. Follow the official LiveTest social media page; and

  1. Like the specified competition post.

Entrants may receive additional entries by:

  1. Tagging a workmate in the comments: one (1) bonus entry per person tagged; and

  1. Commenting on how they would use the ELW-0030 Diesel Fitter Kit on site or in their workshop: ten (10) bonus entries.

 

5. Content Requirements & Safety 

  • Entries by bots or fake accounts will be automatically excluded 

  • Comments that are inflammatory, offensive, harmful, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, depict real injury/unsafe conduct, or breach Platform policies will be rejected and/or removed at LiveTest’s discretion. 

 

6. Platforms of Entry (and Release) 

This promotion is run by LiveTest and is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by Instagram, Facebook or LinkedIn. You release each Platform from any liability arising out of or in connection with the competition. 

 

7. Judging & Winner Selection 

  • Winner(s) will be chosen at random at the sole discretion of LiveTest. Our decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 

 

8. Prize 

  • ELW-0030 Diesel Fitter Kit
  • Number of winners: 1 
  • Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash. 

 

9. Winner Notification & Verification 

  • Winners will be contacted via Direct Message on the Platform used to enter by close of business 1 September 2026. 
  • Winners must respond within 5 business days with full name, email, phone, and Australian delivery address. 
  • Failure to respond or verify eligibility may result in forfeiture and selection of a replacement winner. 

 

10. Shipping & Delivery 

  • Shipping times may vary between 7 – 14 business days depending on the participant’s location.

  • The ELW-0030 Diesel Fitter Kit will be delivered to the address provided in the form. 

  • LiveTest is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by third-party couriers, incorrect addresses supplied by participants or circumstances beyond LiveTest’s reasonable control 

  • For correction of delivery address, participants are encouraged to reach out immediately to info@livetest.com.au 

 

11. Moderation & Removal 

LiveTest may, at any time and at its discretion, hide/remove entries or disqualify entrants who breach these Terms, submit inappropriate content, game the system (spam/fake accounts), or otherwise act contrary to the spirit of the competition. 

 

12. Privacy 

  • All personal information collected will be used to administer this promotion in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the APPs

13. Liability 

To the extent permitted by law, LiveTest is not liable for: 

  • entries not received due to technical issues; 

  • loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with entering or accepting a prize; 

  • any tax implications (winners are responsible for their own taxes). Nothing limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. 

 

14. Changes or Cancellation 

LiveTest may amend, suspend or cancel the competition if affected by events beyond our control (e.g., technical failure, regulatory change or safety concerns), provided such changes do not materially disadvantage entrants. 

 

15. Governing Law 

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. By participating in this competition, entrants agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
